## Assignment Twelve-month full-time, time-based consultancy; extension depends on need and performance. Support construction safety, contractor OHS plans, inspections, training, incident investigation and reporting. ## Minimum profile Bachelor’s in OHS, engineering, environmental engineering, construction management, public health or a related field; recognised OHS certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP or equivalent. Seven to ten years of progressive OHS experience, including five years on major infrastructure. Experience with contractor safety, investigations and audits; knowledge of World Bank ESS2/ESS4; fragile-context experience; professional Somali/English and readiness for extended field travel. ## Selection Individual consultant selection under World Bank procurement rules.
