Supply, Installation and Commissioning of ICT Equipment — Central Bank of Somalia (Two Lots)

## Scope Lot 1: 8 standard-workload enterprise rack servers, 4 high-performance rack servers and 1 high-performance storage array. Lot 2: 3 data-centre network switches and 12 access network switches. Delivery: CIP Mogadishu within 120 days. ## Eligibility and requirements Open international competition under the AfDB procurement framework. Quote 100% of every item in each selected lot. Contracts are evaluated lot by lot, including combined-lot discounts. Include a Bid-Securing Declaration. The successful bidder must disclose beneficial ownership. Obtain the complete bidding documents for specifications and qualification conditions. ## Closing and opening 12 November 2026, 11:00 Mogadishu time. Late bids are rejected; public opening takes place at the submission address.
