Purchase, Supply and Installation of 190 Solar Street Lights — Mogadishu

## Scope Supply and install 190 solar street lights for BRA Municipality under SINAAN, PR 054. Read the attached RFP and Bid Book for designs, specifications, BOQ and all conditions. ## Main requirements Provide valid registrations from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Public Works, Reconstruction and Housing, and BRA; valid Ministry of Finance tax compliance; signed/stamped BOQ and conflict-of-interest declaration. Include methodology/workplan, evidence of relevant completed projects, and audited financial reports and bank statements for three years. ## Mandatory conference 18 October 2026, 09:00–12:30 EAT, BRA Municipality Office. Attendance is mandatory. ## Clarifications and evaluation Questions: 21 October 2026, 17:00 EAT, to sinaan.procurement@dt-global.com. Proposals must remain valid for 180 days. Evaluation considers technical, financial, experience and integrity factors; the lowest price alone does not decide the award.

Multiple methods. BOTH channels are required by 1 November 2026, 10:00 EAT: deliver sealed documents to BRA Municipality Office and email two separate password-protected PDFs (Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal). Put PR 054 in the email subject. Provide passwords personally or through an authorised representative at bid opening. Follow the RFP’s packaging instructions and confirm any inconsistent address wording with the procurement team.
