Consortium Manager

Based at the Mogadishu National Office and reporting to the SOS Program Director, the manager coordinates consortium governance, workplans, grants, budgets, reporting and MEAL. The role also supports local partners, safeguarding, risk management and stakeholder representation. Applicants should have a relevant master’s degree; a relevant bachelor’s degree with substantial experience may be considered. At least seven years of progressively responsible humanitarian or development management experience, including multi-partner programmes or complex grants, is required. Candidates need donor-compliance and budget-monitoring experience, strong coordination and communication skills, fluency in Somali and English, and willingness to travel. Relevant consortium, localization and child-focused experience is desirable.

Relevant postgraduate qualification or qualifying bachelor’s degree; at least seven years of relevant management experience; Somali and English fluency.
