Assess indicator reliability and data availability, establish baseline values and recommend justified refinements. Propose a methodology drawing on project records, existing research and stakeholder interviews. Deliver an inception report, draft findings, activity documentation and raw data, followed by a final report covering methods, indicator values and recommendations.
Requirements
Provide the identification form, experience record, pricing, technical proposal, team CVs with current locations and three references, including two familiar with your work. Include a relevant evaluation report if publicly available.
