Responsibilities: design promotional artwork, brochures, signage, project sheets and profiles; edit project footage, walkthroughs, testimonials and reels; add motion graphics, bilingual subtitles and sound; maintain brand consistency, prepare print files and meet the content calendar.
Qualifications: relevant design/multimedia diploma or degree, or equivalent demonstrated experience; at least two years designing and editing video. Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, or Canva, CapCut and DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is advantageous. Require a portfolio/showreel, strong composition, colour and typography, and reliable deadline management. Property/construction content and basic photography/drone experience are advantageous. Practical assessment: social artwork and a 30-second edited reel; interview examines consistency and feedback handling.
