Responsibilities: answer calls, email and social/WhatsApp enquiries; explain services and construction processes; refer qualified prospects, maintain enquiry logs and weekly follow-up reporting. Schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business; moderate messages and complaints; track reach, engagement and leads.
Qualifications: diploma/degree in communications, marketing, business or related study; at least two years in customer service or social account management. Fluent written/spoken Somali and English; Arabic advantageous. Working skills in Meta Business Suite, scheduling software and Canva, with patience, organisation and content judgement. Supply examples of managed accounts. Assessment includes responses to five sample enquiries, a weekly posting plan and an interview on client handling.
