The works support women entrepreneurs through the e-WINS project. Contractors must follow the specifications and BOQ referenced as Annex A in the tender documents. Each bidder may participate once, independently or through a joint venture; multiple submissions cause disqualification. Joint venture members share joint and several liability. Bids must be typed or written in permanent ink, signed by an authorised representative, and amendments initialled.
