Apply conflict-sensitivity and GEDSI lenses to the initial assessment for the CEF-funded Wadajir programme. The assignment is up to 25 calendar days, 5–30 November 2026. Applicants need an advanced degree in political science, peace/conflict studies, governance, development studies or a related field; at least seven years in political economy, governance, peacebuilding or conflict analysis; Do No Harm/conflict-sensitivity and actor/network mapping experience; Somaliland governance and civil-society knowledge, preferably Sanaag experience; participatory facilitation, excellent written English and credibility across local communities. The notice calls for a gender-balanced team and ethical, confidential, safeguarding-conscious data practices.
