Candlelight invites eligible local suppliers to deliver HDPE sheets under the Norwegian Development Fund supported CRRC programme. Each household receives 100 m², measuring 12.5 by 8 metres. Required appendices cover declaration, technical specifications and prices, supplier questionnaire, delivery lead time, references and ethical declaration. Eligibility evidence includes Somaliland registration, tax clearance, similar contracts, six months of bank statements, ownership profile and delivery schedule. Physical sealed bids must reach the Hargeisa head office by 1 November 2026 at 14:30 EAT.
