Handle community calls and feedback, maintain accurate CRM records, provide approved information, escalate sensitive complaints, protect confidentiality and prepare daily summaries. Requires a relevant diploma or degree and three years in customer service, call centres or outreach, strong computer/data-entry skills, listening and communication. Somali/English and relevant local dialects are desirable.
